I will correct those errors pronto.  Bjorn -- could you do the
same?  Any other such editing points are welcome!

The names of the letters were intended to include the letter itself,
even though those letters are not a part of LFN.  They are, of course,
pronounced as Nick indicates.  Of course, this is hardly a point of
contention -- they could be named as Nick suggests, too.
