Hello, everyone.

Bad news:  Stefan Fisahn, who has supplied us with the wiki server,
can no longer do so.  We will need to move all the wiki pages
somewhere else.  The best bet seems to be Wikia, where Dave McLeod
started an lfn page.  But if you have other ideas, please share!  We
have only until Nov. 30!
