Hello, all!

I have put the tutorial on a website
[http://www.ship.edu/~cgboeree/presentalfn.html] so you can all see
changes as they occur.  At present, it is mostly English, but that is
not the intent.  I want to use three ways of making the tutorial
international:  simple line drawings, copyright-free pictures, and
simultaneous translations.  The latter would look like this:

[fr] aider
[en] help
[de] helfen
[nl] helpen
