"HELP making new account

I've been trying to make a new account at the non-Wikipedia LFN wiki
for a few hours now, and I can't understand how to do so.

I click "Crea un conta o sinia per entra" and try to login, because
that's my only choice. Then it says "use the form below to make a new
account" and there is no form.
