on the board. I have no idea where she found out about LFN.

About English teachers in Korea, some of them yes. The Korean visa
system is a bit odd and doesn't allow the visa holder to engage in
any other work so it's hard to do anything here but teach English for
a lot of people and so a lot just stay for the money even though they
don't feel satisfied professionally. If you glance at some of the
posts on the board you'll see what an odd expat population Korea has.
No other country seems to be that way.
